What are the terms and conditions for refund?
In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money:
1. The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
2. You received damaged merchandise.
You can claim for refund within 7 days after you received your product.
How long the refund procedure takes?
1. The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order.
2. The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.
3. The refund time may vary from bank to bank.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order online within 24 hours and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.
An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
